Spacious 3 bed apartment with big balcony overlooking the Mediterranean.All amenities immediately adjacent including supermarkets,restaurants,bars and local bus service on doorstep.A community pool is shared.
Traditional Spanish style interior.Kitchen area is adjacent to the living area and has electric oven and 4 plate hob.Dishwasher,microwave and mini kitchen table all provided.A classic Spanish arch with breakfast bar divides from the living area.You can sit here while dining and gaze at the Med.
There is a utility room off the kitchen with washing machine,tumble dryer,wine rack+all the household pre requisites one needs.
The living area is spacious with sofas and armchairs to accommodate 8 people comfortably.There is a TV with Spanish channels but Firestick works perfectly.It has an Open fire which is quite rare.If you come in the winter it’s invaluable as it can get nippy at night time.
The piece de resistance is our large terrace balcony with room for dining,lounging,dancing,sipping,wining dreaming and reading.We share a communal pool which is only a few paces away from the apartment.

About the location

Mojacar is a Spanish seaside town.Mojacar pueblo is a white washed Andalusian village with quaint narrow streets restaurants,shops and bars.Mojacar playa is the beach area where our apartment is located.
Neptuno is one of the top restaurants in Mojacar and is directly across from the apartment(See their website).The playa area is lively and there is a vibrant live music scene.Gigs usually start around 17.00 and are finished by 11 at night.Its not Benidorm!!!!One can survive easily without a car here as there is an excellent shuttle service provided by Exclusive Shuttles that serves:Alicante,Murcia and Almeria.Car hire is available locally and at all the airports.If you arriving in to Alicante we recommend Arrow Car hire.No fuss,no frills ,no hidden charges.
If you do have a car there are plenty of places to go to.Cabo de Gata is worth a visit and Granada is a 2hour drive.
