About the location
Brighton and Hove (actually) is the coolest city in the UK. We have two properties in the city, one is a GARDEN FLAT RIGHT BY HOVE STATION. (The other is a TERRACED TOWN HOUSE VERY CLOSE TO BRIGHTON STATION but we have tenants installed there currently.) We are looking for a swap this autumn so we can get away in September. The apartment is on the ground floor and has good access if you've mobility issues.
