About the location

We are 5 minutes from East Croydon station by car - cabs are always a plenty (8 mins away by bus, then a short walk down the beautiful private road (watch out for the resident deer!). Overland trains run every few minutes to Victoria, London Bridge, Farringdon & Blackfriars.

The Surprise Inn pub is a short walk down the road. Turn up the road and the best Chinese restaurant is across the road in the forest.

It`s a very green area - fantastic for walks and birdlife with the convenience of being so close to central london.
