Cornish cottage
Our detached Cornish granite cottage is on a quiet No through traffic road. It has a garden to the rear and paddock to the front that leads down to the river. There’s two double bedrooms and one single. We have two very well behaved dogs. The property isn’t designed with small children in mind the garden is very steep with steep steps at the rear with inevitable dangers.
About the location
We live in St Erth, near Hayle and 6 miles from St Ives. Our nearest beach is Hayle - 3 miles if sand! Marizion and St Michaels Mount is only 3 miles away. Lands End and the amazing beaches of Sennen and Porthcurno are 15 miles away. Truro Cornwall’s only city with its beautiful Cathedral is 18 miles away.
St Erth itself has picturesque river walks and has a pub and post office but the supermarkets of Hayle are only 5 minutes away. The train station is a mile from our cottage.
