Semi detached 4 bedroom house with two long term lodgers on the 1st floor who share a private bathroom, plus a 4 year old male neutered cat with a cat flap. Private off street parking available right outside the house, which is one of only 9 houses on a private road.
The available rooms are two double bedrooms on the 2nd floor, which have their own private bathroom in between. I am looking for someone who wants to have a mature cat in residence while I look around Edinburgh with a view of relocating there within the next 5 years.
About the location
Carshalton Village is a lovely oasis 12 miles south of central London, with great public transport connections as well as great links to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. I do not have a car and am able to get around easily without one, but it is also a car friendly village.
