A spacious home spread across 3 floors with three double bedrooms and a master king bedroom. The living room consists of a modern living space with 50” Smart TV and boasts Internet speeds of 250Mbps.

The kitchen is compact but well equipped with double oven, air fryer, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

Enclosed and private rear garden with seating and parasol. Artifical turf to allow all year round usage.

A bath is available on floor one with shower above. Floor two has a double enclosed shower and a toilet is available on all three floors.

The option of additional cot, Z bed and double sofa bed is available subject to request.

Private driveway parking for 2 vehicles with additional parking on street (free) or in public car park at the end of the street (free).

The option to utilise the conservatory as a 5th bedroom is available. The roof is polycarbonate and can be noisy in adverse weather, this space is susceptible to changes in the outside temperature. It is however fitted with a ceiling fan and a 2kw panel heater.
