Set in a beautiful corner of Devon, our three bedroom cottage is cosy and inviting. We have a large open plan living room with wood burning fire, a kitchen with a farmhouse table and a range cooker. The kitchen opens out into our enclosed cottage garden. We have three bedrooms, two single rooms one has a cotbed and a single bed, another single room and a double room. The toilet is upstairs and a bath/ shower is downstairs, both require renovation but functional.

There's parking for one vehicle directly outside the property.

About the location

Our village has an exceptional village pub, amazing food and a large outdoor garden. There's a trainline in the village which serves Exeter so you can travel far and wide. The village itself is beautiful with many countyside walks on the doorstep.

We are 25 minutes away from the delights of Dartmoor, Belstone, Drewsteington and Fingle Bridge. The North Cornwall coast is an hours drive away or Exmouth beach is around 40 minutes drive. Exeteris a 20 minute train ride or drive away.
