120sqm Flat in Villa 18 minutes from Old Town

120sqm flat in villa 18 minutes from Vienna`s Old Town. We rent our second-floor flat from a family that lives on the next floor up in the house itself, which was built more than 120 years ago. There`s a lift that fits one person and it starts on the first floor (so you`ll need to be able to climb some stairs).

It has roller blinds on the windows, a narrow balcony, parquet on the floor, white plastered walls and 3.4m high ceilings. In addition to the 25sqm sitting room there are three further rooms of the same size serving as bedrooms, a further bedroom / utility room (I know), bathroom, toilet, hallway, and kitchen.

We have a cat and two rabbits. Unless our dates fit together perfectly, they won`t be there, but dander and fur might, so, either way, if you`re allergic, that will be a problem.

Every Summer we come to the UK.

About the location

Vienna is a lovely town. Safe, well-organised, clean, and beautiful.
Our flat is at the end of the line of the 40 tram, which takes 18 minutes to reach the old town at Schottentor. It`s up the hill, in an area dominated by old large villas. Public transport will get you everywhere cheaply and quickly, and you can reach it in an hour from the airport for 4,10 Euro.
