Cozy home in heart of Suffolk
We live in a cozy terrace house, filled with pictures, old furniture, plants and books. Our home is welcoming, comfortable and vibrant, and we love nothing more than being able to share it with others to enjoy too.
We live on a hill, and our back bedroom window looks out across the greenery of the north of the town, with only church spires and the waterfront buildings peaking through the canopy.
We have two well trained ocicats who either stay at home and keep guests company, or travel with us on our holiday.
We often have our nephews to stay, and they love sharing the second bedroom as this becomes their den for the week.

About the location
We live on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's peaceful and hardly hear neighbourhood noise. Our neighbours are all wonderful, incredibly helpful and friendly.
Ipswich is not most people's obvious holiday destination - but it is a hidden gem of a place. You need insider knowledge on where to go and what to do, but if you have this, we guarantee you will fall in love with it as we have. It always surprises new visitors to the town, what a secret treasure it is.
We are located just a ten minute walk from the centre of the town and shops - the saints area is full of independent retailers - and the waterfront where there are some amazing restaurants and bars overlooking the marina - on a warm sunny day you could mistake it for Monaco (well, maybe not quite, but we think it's just as idyllic!).
Driving in any direction for 15 minutes and you will reach the expansive Suffolk countryside. The sky here feels bigger than anywhere else, as it's so flat, a sunset or sandy beach can feel like it stretches out for miles and miles. There is a limitless amount of things to do for free and some wonderful attractions and events on offer throughout the year.
