Our home is a semi-detached bungalow in a rural hamlet 1 mile from the centre of the town of Maghera. There are two double bedrooms and a very comfortable 3 seat couch for an extra person. The lounge can seat 6 people in comfortable chairs and in the colder months an enclosed solid fuel stove supplements the oil central heating making it warm and cozy, a large screen TV includes Sky and a flash drive. The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs plus 2 swivel chairs at the counter. There is a d/w, w/m, m/w , a/f, toaster and electric stove/oven /griller plus all the appliances for a fully functional home. There is bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and electric shower.
Front and large back garden are safe, fully enclosed with lots of law and outdoor furniture. There is a lovely toy shed with a a comfortable bed/settee for 2 extra people. A trampoline and swingset for the kids. There is off street parking for: cars

About the location

Our street is a row of about 20 bungalows surrounded by green fields with cows and sheep across the road. There are lovely views and walks all around. This is an idyllic setting for a family holiday, safe, secure and peaceful
The small town of Maghera has two Spars a large department store with a restaurant and separate soft play enclosure, plenty of takeaways, pubs and a cinema.
Maghera is situated midway between the bigger towns of Antrim, Coleraine and Ballymena rwhere most of the retail chain shops can be found. The whole area has lots to see and do for all ages and interests from Game of Thrones production scenes to the massive Titanic museum in Belfast 50 minutes on the motorway. The airport is 40 minutes drive and the whole of Ireland north and south is covered by an efficient and reliable transport system.
