Southleigh
A family home with garden and very friendly cat who will want feeding and cuddles (she does not get on with other pets or smokers). We are really close to the cycle path and only 25 minutes walk from the beach. We are on the edge of the village. We have lots of books and games but are not set up to be child proof for little children eg toddlers.
About the location
St Agnes is an amazing village with great independent shops, a bus route to Perranporth or Truro. We have spectacular walking, great surfing at Trevaunance Cove and 19+ places to either have wine/ hot choc/ full meal between us and the beach. You can get away without a car. But would need one to explore wider Cornwall. Though bus to Truro then boat to Falmoth woukd also work.
