The location’s super convenient — just a 6-minute walk to the nearest train station (not the Tube), with direct connections to London Bridge in about 15 minutes and Charing Cross (central London) in around 30 minutes.

The bedroom features a king-size bed (150x200 cm), and there’s also a comfy sofa bed (140x204 cm) in the living area if you need extra sleeping space. For movie nights, kick back and enjoy the 120” projector screen — ideal for watching your favourite films or shows.

You’ll find plenty of local restaurants nearby, plus supermarkets within easy reach. There’s a Co-Op less than 5 minutes away, and a larger Sainsbury’s about a 20-minute walk from the flat.

Our flat is located in the lovely, residential area of Lee, in the London Borough of Lewisham. It’s a peaceful, community-focused neighbourhood with great local amenities including parks, cafés, shops, and easy transport links into central London. Lee Station is nearby, offering regular trains into London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Cannon Street, making it a great spot for both business and leisure trips.
