Lovely house with large garden and sea views

We really love our home in the vibrant city of Brighton by the sea.

Our house is a bright, gorgeous homely place, with sea views from most rooms. We have a patio off the main living room leading onto a large sunny south-facing garden.

There are three bedrooms with really comfortable double beds in each room. We have one bathroom with a shower, and we also have a second downstairs toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine and dryer, microwave etc. The kitchen is open plan to the dining/living area, which leads to the garden. We have a second really cosy sitting room.

About the location

Brighton is a seaside city on the south coast of England, an hour`s train journey from central London, and 30 mins train journey from London Gatwick Airport.

Our house is in a fantastic part of Brighton:

- 1 min walk to the beautiful Queen`s Park (with small lake, tennis courts and children`s play park);
- 1 min walk to the friendly Round Georges pub;
- 8 min walk to the seafront (with the amazing Beach Box sauna, cafes, yoga centre, volleyball and the new Sea Lanes open-air swimming pool right there);
- 5 min walk to Kemptown Village (with its charming shops and cafes);
- 20 min walk to the centre of Brighton and the Palace Pier etc;
- 15 min walk through woods to the racecourse, which is on the edge of the South Downs National Park
- easy street parking, and good bus routes into town and into the countryside and coastal areas
