Our semi-detached house is two-storey with front garden. It is relatively new development which comprises 7 semi-detached houses in a gated area. We have three bedroom and two bathrom. The living room is spacious, and very bright. We have all necessary appliences such as dishwasher, washing machine, seperate dryer.
About the location
Stoke Newington is lively area. It is mainly residential. The main roads are Stoke Newington Church Street and Stoke Newington High Road are full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and coffe shops. We are very close to a leisure centre which has a public swimming pool and other sports facilities. Clissold Park is one of our frequently visited park, but also Butterfield Green is right outside our gate. Public transport also within 10 min walking reac. We have bus stops on the main roads, also Dalston Kingsland over ground station is 15 min walking distance. The area has a cinema, and various night out places, like pubs and clubs within 10-15 min reach on foot.
