Our well loved happy home comes with two very friendly, self sufficient cats-who would appreciate some fuss!

We are tucked away in the corner of a quiet close with parking for 3 cars. Our house consists of a spacious open plan kitchen diner with a table to seat 8, breakfast bar and french doors opening up to our garden space with a trampoline, mud kitchen and sand pit. We have a walk through utility area with plenty of space to store muddy boots/push chairs etc. A large cosy lounge with a huge TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon. A small play area with cupboards packed full of girls toys! A downstairs toilet just off from the kitchen.

About the location

Our house is situated 2 minutes from the canal path which is 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) from the market town of Stroud- famous for its Saturday morning farmers market hosting the finest of local produce and crafts and vibrant bustling atmosphere. A definite must see!

Stroud is part of the 5 valleys, with an abundance of beautiful walks and scenery from Rodborough and Selsley Common (with their famous wild cows) to walking the Cotswold way.

Stroud has a great reputation for arts, crafts, fashion and culture, bursting with cafe`s and restaurants for all ages and interests.

Travel links, 10 minutes from the M5 where you can travel to Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, within 20-40 mins. Get a direct train to London from our local train station in 90 minutes.
