Unique split-level apartment in sought after location

The flat is on the upper floors of a Victorian house in Springfield Road. The reception room has high ceilings and wide bay window which allows natural light to flood the space, and a period fireplace. The south-facing double bedroom overlooks the rear and benefits from high ceilings. Also on this floor is the fitted bathroom with window, and the second bedroom, which is more of a single study size to the front. At the rear of the apartment, the kitchen enjoys views over the viaduct, which is a structure of historical interest, forming a striking backdrop beyond the gardens.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and cooker with many settings.

Though children are welcome there are 19 steps inside the flat with a staircase leading from the bedroom down to the bathroom.

The town is most easily explored on foot or by bus and there are many taxis.

Parking is on a meter or in car parks though we will do our best to get visitors' permits.
