Located in a quiet cul-de-sac but right in the centre of buzzy Chorlton, our home is a comfortable 1930s semi-detached house with a safe, sunny enclosed back garden.

About the location

Chorlton is a lively, popular and cosmopolitan part of South Manchester. We are close to plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and independent shops. Buses go into the city centre from the end of our street and the metro is a ten-minute walk from Malton Avenue. We are only 4 miles from Manchester city centre. Lots to do including art galleries, museums, theatres and Salford Quays Media Centre.

There are several lovely parks on our doorstep as well as the River Mersey and Sale Water Park and several golf courses.

We are close to M56 and M60 with access to North Wales, the Peak District and Trough of Bowland.

We can suggest lots of great days out and the best places to eat.
