Spacious apartment in a trendy area

My apartment is on the third floor and has five room: a spacious kitchen with a balcony, the bathroom with a bath tub, a work space/guest room, a bed room and a living room.

I live here by myself but you would be able to accommodate three people.

About the location

The house is located in Wuppertal-Elberfeld, a very upcoming and hip area near the famous Nordbahntrasse. The street down below can be quiet busy with traffic but isn`t to loud up here. There is a supermarket nearby (10 minutes) and a few restaurants in the area. But the next bus stop is only 3 minutes away and will take you into the city every 5 minutes.
