Mid terrace victoria family home, 5 minute walk to harbour and beach

Our much loved family home in central torquay. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants, cinema, shopping centres and the main high street. Lots of local bars and pubs as well as attractions such as kent’s cavern, babbacombe cliff railway and miniature village. So much to do in the local and surrounding towns. There are also plenty of beaches to choose from with stunning views all year around. Our home consists of a main living room area with a sofa bed , dining room, utility area, small downstairs toilet, kitchen and hallway with a small courtyard garden at the rear. Upstairs are two double sized bedrooms (one has a single bed the other has a double) as well as a box room which sleeps one and a small bathroom with bath/shower toilet and basin. The property is regularly decorated and maintained. we have very friendly kind neighbours and our own cat.

About the location

There is a play park and basketball court at the end of the road. A local small shop as well as international supermarket. Social club on the next road up with buses that run opposite every 15 minutes to get you about.
