Toronto West End Waterfront

Our home is perfect for a couple or small family. The house has a good size main bedroom and a secondary bedroom with bunk beds for two. The basement has a pull out couch that becomes a comfortable double bed. The backyard is a good size with a hot tub and a fire table for entertaining.

The house is well located with access to downtown via the GO train station within a 10 min walk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x21fcvtxOPU). Also easy to hop on the GO to great tourist sites from here like Niagara Falls (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADT-q0o0yYg). BMO Field is 5 minutes on the train where you can catch Toronto FC (I have season tickets and can arrange to transfer some of these if desired https://www.blogto.com/sports_play/2022/06/bmo-field-expansion-fifa-2026-world-cup/). Ontario Place is also 5 min on the train and you can catch concerts at the Budweiser Stage (https://www.livenation.com/venue/KovZpZAEkkIA/budweiser-stage-events?utm_source=GMBlisting&utm_medium=organic). The TTC street cars run along Lakeshore and there are many major bus routes nearby including an easy quick trip to High Park (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOd_JwbcqQQ). The QEW and Gardiner Expressway are easily accessible if using a car to get around (we could trade use of cars if desired).

The house is also perfect to access the west ends waterfront trail (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOCIsx9tfIU). The waterfront trail is a 5 min walk away and continues all the way downtown with beautiful waterfront paths for cycling or walking. Views of the CN tower and city centre are just down the street! The local restaurants are amazing. San Remo Bakery draws people from all over the GTA and even farther out. The area is full of Mimico charm and many of the houses are typical of Toronto architecture. This is one of the nicest places to visit and to live in Toronto (https://www.lifewest.ca/mimico).
