A lovely family home in Halmstad, Sweden

On the main floor there is a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, an open area with a spacious kithcen, a lounge area and TV room. The lounge opens out to a sun room that leads to a large deck in the backyard.

The second floor has three bedrooms, the master bedroom and two children`s/teen bedrooms.

In the basement there are two guest bedrooms a newly renovated bathroom with a tub and a laundry room with a washing mashine and a drier.

In the garden we have a large trampoline and a mini skateboard ramp. We also have two sweet cats living in the house and a few chickens and ducks in the garden that need to be fed and let in and out.

About the location

Halmstad is known for its beautiful beaches and its many golf courses. We live in a quiet suburb on the outskirts of the city, yet only 20 minutes bike or bus ride from the city center. We are also close to a great indoors pool, perfect for kids, and Hallarna shopping mall.

If you are fond of nature you can explore the many nature reserves on foot, bike or even on horseback. During summer you can also swim in the many lakes or visit the yellow beaches.

Halmstad is surrounded by charming villages and only 90 minutes drive from two of Sweden`s biggest cities, Gothenburg and Malmo. And aproximately 2 hours drive from Copenhagen, Denmark.

We recommend having a car and are open to car exchange.
