In the historic center of Monte Compatri, in a quiet and panoramic position but a few minutes walk from services and restaurants.
The house is spread over 5 floors. On the ground floor we have the entrance that leads us into the kitchen area. This floor features a balcony with a fantastic panoramic view, that faces east for the sunrise.
On the upper floor (landing) we have one of the two bathrooms, while on the first floor we find a lounge on 2 levels, again with a panoramic view of the Prenestina valley, plus a small study. On the second floor we have a large sleeping area, with a partition between the bed and wardrobe.
On the top floor we find an attic, facing south (with a maximum height of 1.75) that is another bedroom. From the ground floor you go down to a further level, where there is an additional room, which can be used for multiple uses according to needs (guest room or other), and an additional bathroom.
About the location
The municipality of Monte Compatri is well connected to Rome thanks to the Colle Mattia railway station, the Monte Compatri-Pantano metro C and the Monte Porzio Catone motorway toll both. The train takes 30 mins to central Rome, the metro 40 mins.
The lively town of Frascati is 6 km away, well connected by bus, where there are many restaurants, ice-cream parlours, Renaissance villas etc. There is another station to take the train to Rome in 30 mins.
From Frascati its possible to reach the towns of Grotaferrata and Castel Gandolfo, above the volcanic lake Albano, site of the Pope`s summer palace.
For lovers of fashion one of the biggest outlets in Italy, with 180 brand shops, is only 20 km away near Valmonte.
