Detached Villa with Pool

We live in a sunny location on the Costa Calida. Our villa has everything you could want in a home in the sunshine including a pool, mediterranean gardens, a gazebo and outdoor dining area, a firepit and snug for those chilly winter evenings. Inside we have a log burner in the lounge, a new fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Downstairs there is a separate accommodation compirising of a huge bedroom and lounge with TV and wifi, fridge and a shower room. We have previously used this for a bed & breakfast business.

About the location

It is predominantly a British urbanisation with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants, petrol station, a bank and local post office. We are a 20 minute drive from the port of Mazarron with a long stunning clean beach with a large selection of restaurants and bars. The Sunday market is a regular visit for all your fresh produce. Our nearest big cities are Murcia and Cartagena. Both equally steeped in history, great shopping areas and plenty of festivales throughout the year. We have a great wine trail within an hour of the property, Yecla and Jumilla spring to mind.
