Spectacular five bedroom Georgian farmhouse steeped in history. We have lived here for 4 generations as a family. The house has 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with one separate toilette. There is a very large kitchen, sitting room, dining room and entrance hallway. Outside we have tables to eat and a pergola space with grapevine Great over the top. We also have an established vegetable patch, which in the summer months, you’re welcome to help yourselves to, we have a cleaner that visits on a weekly basis

About the location

Goodwood has become famous for the revival festival and the festival of speed which celebrates vintage cars and modern cars. We live very close to the motor racing circuit at Goodwood and there can be some noise from vintage aeroplanes flying over the house. The area has some beautiful places to go and eat, including former butcher chef, the Kennels, at Goodwood, and a number of different lovely pubs. They’re beautiful walks over the Sussex towns. The closest city is Chichester, which is just 3 miles away approximately 10 minutes by car where you have the Chichester festival Theatre and many places to eat in the shop. Brighton and Southampton are both one hour by train or car and London is an hour and a half on the train from Chichester.
