We have a lovely spacious 3 bedroom house in a small village in Derbyshire with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. All redecorated in the past 12 months and gardens designed to incorporate a terraced patio with greenhouse, a small mediteranean courtyard garden with bistro set and egg chair and a front wild garden with views over the trees. Large family bathroom with bath and separate power shower, a large dining kitchen and a lounge with sofa bed, L shaped sofa and a real fire . There is no traffic as we live on a small lane ..with the communal parking a few yards away . You wake to the sound of the birds and the horses.

About the location

We live in a small village in Derbyshire close to the beautiful Peak District with lakes, hills and rivers and the beautiful Chatsworth House and gardens. Lovely pub in the village with great views and very popular for its pub meals. Half an hour's drive from Sheffield for Art galleries and Museums and restuarants etc. Supermarkets within 10 minute drive ( in nearby Dronfield ) as well as a swimming pool , and cafes.
