Our house is located 10 minutes’ walk from the middle of the town. It is very close to the A14 and a large supermarket. The house is an Ex-pub dating from 1460 and is well equipped with modern appliance including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house is decorated in a rustic modern style and have large rooms.
The kitchen table seat 4-6 people and is fully equipped.
The dining room table seat 10 people.
The Master bedroom have super king size `bed.
The first bedroom has king size bed and sofa bed.
The second bedroom have double bed and sofa bed.
The sitting room have a wood burning stow and piano.
The snug has a wood burning stow and TV.
The house has a nice cottage garden with dining table for 8 people, and outside the kitchen door is a café table with 2 chairs for a morning coffee. There is also a deep pond with koi Carp in the garden.
We would be happy so share car as well if needed.

Bury St Edmunds is a gem in Suffolk’s crown. Over the 1000yrs of history it has seen tragedy, drama and greatness. The Cathedral overlooks the town and with other buildings of equal architectural note, make this town a delight to wander through. Here you will find some of the best restaurants and eateries in the county along with independent shopping and galleries.
The are several lovely parks nearby including the Abbey Garden and the surrounding area have many pretty villages and towns.
The house is located 30 min from Cambridge, 40 min to from the nearest beach, 50 min from London Stansted airport and 2 hours from London.
