We live in a new modern two bedroom apartment, fifteen minutes from London Bridge, next to Lower Sydenham Rail Station.

Our apartment is on the second floor with a view onto the central garden courtyard.
Our living room/kitchen is open plan and spacious with plenty of natural light.
The Kitchen table seats 4 -6 people.
The Master bedroom is en-suite with it`s own bathroom and built in closets.
The second bedroom is slightly smaller with easy access to the other bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

About the location

Direct trains run every 15 minutes to Charing Cross and London Bridge; and it takes just 15 mins to reach London Bridge in Central London.

There are several lovely parks nearby, and the beautiful town of Beckenham (once home to David Bowie) Crystal Palace is also nearby.

In the surrounding area there are plenty of green spaces including `Beckenham Place Park` the largest park in South London.

This is a lovely quiet area very close to Central London.
Great for cycling and rest, with a small shop for essentials right in the apartment building. Also a larger supermarket store (Sainsburys) just 10 min walk away.
