The house has a small garden, which comes with BBQ, sitting area, lawn, and a tree house.

Two TVs come connected to Disney +, Prime Video, Netflix and regular TV (including BT sports).

The house is next door to a new leisure centre, with swimming pool, gym and soft play centre. There is also a small playground, basketball court and table tennis 1 minute away.

Bikes, tennis rackets, golf clubs etc are available to borrow.

About the location

STRATFORD: a socioeconomically diverse area in East London, with excellent transport links into central London. The area has a wealth of family-friendly amenities, growing affluence and regeneration associated with the newly opened Elizabeth Tube Line, and 2012 Olympic Games, but (like many parts of London) this is mixed with some deprivation. You really will see all walks of life. The house itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac with gated courtyard, but the area it is in is busy.

Stratford is extremely well connected, benefitting from Elizabeth, Jubilee and Central Lines into London, as well as hubs such as Canary Wharf.

The area is also well served by local bus links.
