A large Victorian villa just outside the Lake District national park. Handy for the Lake District, Cumbrian West Coast and exploring the North West of England.

A comfortable family home with views of Morecambe Bay in the lovely town of Grange-over-Sands. Inside there is a large kitchen (including dining table), separate sitting room, downstairs WC, utility, 3 bedrooms and bathroom including large rainfall shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, TV inc Netflix, reliable fibre and Wi-Fi. We have a young son so have a cot, high chair, changing mat etc.

The outside space includes mature 360 gardens, lawn area for playing, decking for relaxing with a BBQ and pizza oven included. There is ample off-street parking.

In case of any issues during your stay we have family on hand five minutes away should you need any help.

About the location

Grange-over-Sands is a lovely Edwardian town with a railway station and fantastic waterfront promenade. A peaceful town with great local shops and sense of community. The promenade is a great place to walk on a sunny day to stop for ice cream. The train station is a ten minute walk away with trains up the coast or to Manchester.

The picturesque town of Cartmel with its michelin starred dining is five minutes drive and the larger towns of Kendal and Ulverston are around 20 minutes in the car.
