Beautiful house in quiet residential part of Kingsbridge
Our house has 4 bedrooms but three will be available as we will use one for storing personal items. There is one king with an ensuite, one double and one single. We have a large living room with snug and TV. Our kitchen has a dining table to sit six people and there is a utility room off it.
We have a large garden with patio and outside seating, lawned area and small woodland with trampoline and swings.
There is parking for two cars.
We have a cat who is very independent but would like to be fed every day!
About the location
Kingsbridge is a small estuary town nestled in the South Hams. Our house is just off Fore Street so it is in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. There are beaches within a 10 minute drive and Salcombe is 15 minutes away. There is plenty to do, lots of watersports and walks. Plymouth is the nearest city and has a great aquarium for rainy days.
