Townhouse 15 minute drive from beautiful beaches and numerous Golf courses

We live on a quite urbanisation which has a local bar. We`re a 5 minute drive from Ciudad Quesada which has supermarkets, bars, restaurants banks and a variety of attractions. Rojales and Beniofar are more Spanish villages and just 10 minutes away.

Our home is on 2 levels. Downstairs we have one double bedroom and a full bathroom which has a bath with an overhead shower.

The kitchen is small but fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc . We have an L shaped lounge and dining room. The lounge has a working fireplace which we love during the winter months and there is a fan and aircon for the summer.

The dining table can seat 6 but we prefer to eat out outdoors on the downstairs terrace, which is shaded and private.

Upstairs we have another double bedroom and full bathroom with a walk in shower.
There is also a roof top solarium where we tend to sit in the evenings as it`s shaded and cooler.

We often walk to Quesad to pick up a few things and there is a beautifully kept communal pool and play area but a car is necessary and there is parking available outside the house.

About the location

We live on a quiet urbanisation which has one bar but we`re just 5 minutes drive from Ciudad Quesada, Rojales and Beniofar which between them have numerous bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and places of interest.

There are 2 bus tour companies who offer day trips further afield such as Cartagena, Alicante, Benidorm and Altea for around E12 per person if you prefer not to have to drive everywhere.

We are just 15 minutes drive away from 2 beautiful beaches at Guadamar and La Mata and 25 minutes away from Torrevieja beach front and promenade and Santa Pola marina.
