Beautiful house close to the beach

Single-family house on one level, facing south and very sunny. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one ensuite and an outside toilet.
Kitchen fully equipped, outdoor dining and barbecue area.

Our neighbors are kind and polite, they can help you if you need it. The gardeners come once a week, usually wenesdays between 13:00 ant 15:00.

We have trusted person, my dear Felisa, who comes once a week to clean the house. If you need her, you just have to tell me and I`ll let her know.

You can use our bicycles to take walks around the neighborhood.

Malaga is only 30 min away by bus so you can visit the city whenever you want.

About the location

We live in a very quiet area, and it has many services nearby, a gym, bus stop, pharmacy, library, museums, cafeterias, supermarkets, restaurant, “chiringuitos”.

Close to home you can find bars and restaurants where you can eat very tasty, there is also a small Library "Manuel Alcántara" on the beach with a lot of charm, Also the Antiopa museum and Treasure Cave, It is one of the only three marine caves known in the world.

The beach is very close, only three minutes walking.The promenade is made of dirt and it has a lot of charm, you can use our bicycles to take walks.

In a few minutes from home there is Añoreta golf club, if you are an passionate about this sport.
