Our flat is on the raised ground floor of a Victorian conversion. There is a large, high-ceilinged living room with bay windows. At one end is a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. A small hallway opens into a large bedroom with picture windows looking out onto a 3-acre conservation area. All you see is trees and at night, we hear owls (and foxes!). Alongside is a decently sized bathroom with two windows.

About the location
We are close to central London, with excellent transport links that give easy access to anywhere in London. The tube (Metropolitan and Jubilee lines) and various bus routes are a five minute walk away. The nearest London Overground station is around 10 minutes walk. Hampstead Heath is a 20 minute walk; Primrose Hill around the same. We frequently walk into central London.
Waitrose, Aldis and Sainsbury`s are a five minute walk. There are numerous coffee shops. Good pubs a 20 minute walk away on West End Lane.
