Light, airy, quiet terraced home- 15 minute walk to Exmouth beach

We live in a simple, spacious, light home with four bedrooms, a large bathroom and a gorgeous new kitchen with oven and induction hob. Our open plan living area has bamboo flooring and a wood burner for chilly evenings, during the day the space is bathed in light through the bi folding doors that lead onto a small south facing garden. It has a double bedroom, a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and another with 2 single beds.

We are close to Exmouth’s two mile long sandy beach and a stroll away from the town centre where you can pick up a picnic before heading along the prom.

We have 7 chickens in our allotment which is a 4 mins walk from the house and would appreciate help with looking after them whilst we are away. They pay kindly with 5 eggs a day!

There are two parking spaces on our drive way. The conservatory is a Lego room and our boys are happy to share with other passionate builders.

About the location

Exmouth has a two mile long, golden, sandy beach which is perfect for relaxing, playing, walking, safe open water swimming and rockpooling. It is also excellent for paddle boarding, kayaking ( we have one you can borrow) and kitesurfing.

We are a 15 minute walk from the South West Coast Path which has stunning views of the Jurassic coast or the Exe estuary which is great for bird watching and has a cycle path to Exeter.

For day trips, there are lots of towns and beaches such as Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to discover along the Jurassic Coast. Exeter is 12 miles away and worth going to by train for the beautiful journey along the River Exe. The tors and rivers of Dartmoor are a 45 minutes drive.
