Family home in friendly residential area, close to town centre

We live in a 4 bedroom Victorian terraced house in the Fiveways area, north Brighton.

We have a small garden and patio at the back of the house, and at the front, there is a local park with cafe, tennis courts and children`s playground.

We have a good sized master bedroom overlooking the park, two child`s single rooms and an attic room which has a double sofa bed and ensuite.

About the location

Fiveways is a quiet residential area with local independent shops, cafes and pubs. Brighton city centre and the beach are a short bus ride away, or 10 minutes in a taxi or a 30 minute walk. We are also a 7 minute walk from London Road train station, with regular trains into Brighton main station, a 3 minute journey.

If you want to escape the city, the South Downs are easily accessible.
