The sunny, quiet, house is situated in the backyard, has a large rooftop terrace, two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (one with a Japanese bath tub), big kitchen, study, distributed on 3 floors.

About the location

Mannheim is known for it`s theater, opera, and music scene (it is UNESCO city of music), has a vivid cultural life, and many good museums, and arts galleries.

It`s one of the big transportation hubs in Germany, 40 min from Frankfurt int. Airport, 3 hours from Paris with the TGV, 2 hours from Nürnberg or Cologne which makes it the ideal starting point for your visit to south-western Germany. But also the immediate surroundings offer a lot: Mannheim is the heart of the historic region of the Palatinate, full of traditional wine-villages, vinyards, castles, and very near to important historic and UNESCO rated sites such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Worms and Mainz or the rhine valley, all at a short distance.
