WoodLea Cupar

Woodlea is a semi detached victorian house.
As our family home it is well decorated with lots of soft furnishings and original character.
We have quite a few living areas and a large/modern family kitchen.
We have a small front garden with space to park two cars (one off road) and an electric charging point.
We have an enclosed back garden which is very private complete with BBQ and seating area.

About the location

Our house is in a quiet historic market town in which you can easily reach groceries shops and coffee/restaurants. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are many walks in our local area Our town has good transport links by train/bus to Dundee (20 mins) or Edinburgh (1 hour)
St Andrews (Home of golf and ancien university) can be reached by car/bus in 15 minutes. The beautiful beaches of North East fife are also a short drive away. (Crail, Anstruther Elie all around 20 mins away)
