Queen's Park and Hannover are very quiet and colourful neighbourhoods. Mainly families live nearby. There is easy access to the sea and the shops of Kemp Town on one side, as well as Queens Park, the Level and the Lanes on the other. At 50 mt from home you can start walking on walking paths and bridleways that connect to the South Downs Way. At 450 mt there the quiet and warm St. Luke's Swimming Pool and there are very nice pubs at walking distance. Parking is available with visitor permits. 5 buses reach the area from all sides of Brighton and Hove making the house extremely well connected also without a car.
