200 year old converted Mill

A grade 2 listed beautifully converted mill set in an acre of private gardens with a stream, close to the vibrant city of Bristol (accessible by cycle, bus or car). The Mill has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10 comfortably with 3 bathrooms and plenty of living space with wood burners in 2 sitting rooms perfect for cosy gatherings. Our home contains the original mill, including a water wheel which gives it great character and interest. We are well equipped for families, with children of all ages.

In the garden a large pergola space is perfect for outside dining, even in winter.

About the location

North Somerset has the benefit of nearby Bristol city with its art galleries, museums, theatres and waterside life and lovely countryside including the coastline of the Bristol Channel. You can walk from the doorstep straight into woodland walks and open fields. A mile away is Long Ashton village with a local shop, post office and pubs plus pizzeria and take aways. The local farm shop is a stroll down the road.
Transport links are excellent; Bristol airport is 10 miles away, the nearest train station is 5 miles with direct trains to London in under 2 hours. The bus stop a few minutes walk away can take you to Bristol city centre in 10 minutes or so (though we prefer to cycle!). In addition, the beaches of North and South Devon and South Wales can be reached in under 2 hours.
