A beautiful Victorian Terrace overlooking the river on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales

I have a beautiful three storey Victorian Terrace overlooking the River Wharfe on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. A spectacular view over the river with no traffic noise - just the sound of the water running over the weir. Open planned living on the downstairs with kitchen through to diner and living room all opened to the rear garden via French doors. The second floor is the main bathroom and first bedroom overlooking the rear of the house and the second bedroom overlooking the front of the house and the river (with a super king sized bed). As an added bonus the third floor is my huge master bedroom with ensuite again overlooking the river. I am very proud of my home and in particular how calm and peaceful it is with spectacular views.

About the location

Our market town is one of the oldest in the country - still hosts three markets a week with fresh produce - it is a bustling little town with an ancient history. Very pretty and historic. It is equally 200miles from Edinburgh and London and so was historically a staging post between the two and hence has some 26 pubs that would have accommodated the horses. Horses are still around but fortunately where I live there is no road traffic because we front the river and the rear lane is only residents access. Otley is very central to go onto Leeds and onto London, Edinburgh, York, Harrogate and of course the Yorkshire Dales,
