Quince Cottage - Kemnay, Inverurie

We are looking to have a holiday in the October holidays and welcome all offers.
Traditional detached home in the middle of a small village with spacious garden. A large kitchen dining area with a utility area and toilet off of this. Our lounge room has a real coal fire and comfy sofas. A large conservatory where the sun shines all round the room - a great place to relax and appreciate a sunny day.

Stairs up to the upper floor where there is an en-suite shower bathroom king bedroom, a double bedroom, a children`s single bedroom, and also a home office which has a trundle day bed and could sleep two children if needed. A family bathroom with a bath and shower completes the upstairs.

The garden is secure and large, perfect to play and for any dogs. There is both a grass area and also a chuckied area with patio.

About the location

Enjoying access to local amenities and easy travel to Aberdeen where there are further access to wider activities.

Locally there is a supermarket, a hotel serving good food and drink, hair and beauty salons, pharmacy, post office, butcher.

Nearest city is Aberdeen which is about a 25 minute drive away, including a beautiful beach and coastline. Another local town, is Inverurie, which is 4 miles away.

Castles, NTS Properties, Distilleries are all within easy driving distance and beautiful hill walks and trails are all around us. Balmoral Castle - the Queens Scottish residence is an hours drive away.
