Beautiful Lake front 11th floor apartment in Cochin, Kerala also known as Gods own country

We are a family of 4, includes 2  girls - 9 and 11 years - Digital nomads who would love to travel and explore the world. We would love to take 5-6 months and travel Europe.

Our home is  apartment on the 11th floor, waterfront and panoramic city views. We are in the heart of Kochi city. Our house is about 2000 sqft with 3 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. We have a full sized kitchen and a very generous living room. Our home is well lit, with lots of cross ventilation. We have an big balcony, where we sit and have a glass of wine every evening. We also wake up to the sunrise view every morning, sitting on our patio, overlooking the fisherman boats casting nets and the reflection of the sunrise. It is just beautiful.
 
We have all essential amenities in place, from a 55 inch TV, internet, washing machine, air conditioning, a good size refrigerator and it is well furnished.

We also have a maid coming to clean the house every alternate day.

The apartment also overlooks into a lawn area and there are some walk ways.

Our home is in a totally secured area with 24 hours security and in an enclosed compound.

About the location

Kochi (also known as Cochin) is a city in southwest India`s coastal Kerala state.

It`s lush green, with backwaters. Our apartment is right in the city with access to everything and all tourist destinations.

Kerala is also known as God`s own country. One of the most beautiful states in India. We have Beach, Backwaters, Mountain and a very tropical weather.
