Bright and cosy penthouse
My home is a top floor in the center of Reykjavik. It is a very bright 75m2 apartment on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. You will have view over new and old houses in Reykjavik and from the kithen window you see the mountains. The apartment is very cosy, filled with art pieces and lot of art books. The balcony turns to SA and is a nice place to enjoy sunny days. The apartment has a spacious living and diningroom. In the summer the evening sun lits the livingroom almost until midnight. There is one bathroom with shower. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you need for cooking.
About the location
From my apartment you can walk to all major sites in the centrum. The main bus station aswell as the tourist bus stop are just around the corner. The main shopping street is only one block away with lot of cafés and restaurants. Harpa the concert hall, the best cinema in town and the theater are all near by. The seaside is also one block away to the other side, there you find a footpath, many kiolmeters, along the sea. Although my house is so cental, the street is usually quiet and the bedroom lies towards the port in back of the house.
