North London apartment
We have no animals, are non-smokers and like to keep things clean. My husband works in Data and Analytics for an e-commerce company, and I work as a Client Success Manager for a company that builds and supports e-commerce websites. Both of us can work from home, and I am due to be on a maternity leave July '22 - March '23. We would love to spend some of this time discovering new areas.
We are looking to exchange our flat with people who would care for our flat as if it was their own, water plants, etc. In return we will look after your house/flat and will make sure that we will leave your place sparkling clean before we leave.
About the location
We are located in a beautiful area with lots of green spaces around us less than 5 minutes walk from Alexandra Park, ~ 20 mins walk to Queen's Wood, ~30 mins walk to Highgate Woods and 50 mins walk to Hampstead Heath.
Great location to get to the center of London with Hornsey station (rail) within 8 mins walk and Turnpike Lane station (underground) 10 mins away.
There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets all within a 5-15 minutes walk. If you will decide to stay at our place, we will give you insights on which are the best spots! :-)
