Light and spacious family home
It is a large, light and airy house with views of the estuary and surrounding hills and within 5 minutes walking distance to the shops. We have 3 double bedrooms, a study and a family bathroom on the ground floor and a large lounge and separate kitchen and shower room on the first floor. The lounge has double doors opening out onto a south facing balcony area. There is parking outside on the forecourt and in the quiet cul de sac.
It is a family home although our 3 children are now grown up and left home. We have 2 whippet dogs and so welcome pets.
About the location
Our home is situated in the estuary town of Kingsbridge in Devon within close proximity to a range of beaches. The town has a number of interesting shops, cafes and pubs as well as weekly markets and a monthly farmers market. There are plenty of watersports opportunities nearby with good spots to paddleboard and canoe within walking distance from our home. The town has a large leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym.
