It is a listed barn conversion set in a large garden with a pond often visited by wildlife such as pheasants, ducks and deer.The barn is light, airy and comfortable. It is mainly on the ground floor.

About the location

The house is situated in a quiet hamlet with a number of properties dotted around a village green and pond. There are many wallks from the house. The delightful small town of Beccles, gateway to The Broads, is five miles away. Here you will find shops, pubs and restaurants. There is access to the River Waveney for boating of all kinds and there is a heated outdoor swimmimg pool. There are several golf courses nearby. Somerleyton Hall and gardens and Raveningham Hall and gardens are a few minutes drive away. A little further away are a number of sandy beaches, so extensive they never get crowded and the towns/villages of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldburgh. The historic city of Norwich with cathedral, castle, museums, theatres and cinemas and the Sainsbury Centre (art gallery) is 15 miles away.
