Our apartment is on the second floor so we have gorgeous views over the sea and beach. There is a lift.
There is an open plan kitchen and lounge with dining area and patio doors opening onto a balcony.
The bedroom has 2 single beds and the bathroom has a shower only.
There is a video intercom and a lift.
There is allocated parking in the car park.
There are only 12 apartments in our side of the building.
We have a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill, a low noise kettle!

About the location

This area has access to lovely countryside, we have a good selection of maps and guide books.
There are shops nearby and lots of restaurants in Rhos and Colwyn bay.
Colwyn bay is on a direct rail line to Euston and Holyhead.
Anglesey is a 30+ minute drive as are Plas Newdd and Penryn castle and Bodnant gardens , all National Trust properties .
Conwy castle and RSPB Conwy are a 15 min drive.
Llandudno is close by with it’s elegant promenade and long pier. A tram or gondola takes you to the top of the great Orme. The little Orme has a bay with seals.
Electric mountain and the slate mine museum, an easy drive, are both fascinating.
In Llandudno the Roman copper mine is a popular attraction.
Arriving by air at Manchester or Liverpool airport is an hours drive.
