About the location

East Devon is a fantastic location with stunning coastline, interesting historic towns and plenty of tourist facilities. We are located exactly halfway between lovely Sidmouth an unspoilt Regency resort with charming esplanade and gardens and historic Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and fossil beaches. Smaller fishing villages of Beer and Branscombe nearby.

Colyford itself has excellent pub, village shop and Wetlands nature reserve for walking and cycling.The Seaton Tramway crosses the village and you can hitch a ride on a olde world open top tram with fantastic views across the Axe estuary.
