At the foot of the South Downs Way and 15 mins from Brighton

We have a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom converted bungalow and separate annex with it`s own double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living area - constructed in 2021. Our place is called casatardis, because it is so much bigger than it looks from the outside! We have a large south facing garden, fish pond and conservatory where you can sit, read, or sun yourself. I have a fully equipped kitchen diner, my passion is cooking - so you will probably find all the cooking equipment you will need. You will have access to the main house, the annex or the entire place if there`s more of you. Just let me know your requirements.

About the location

We are based in Telscombe Cliffs, located about 150m from the sea and 2 minutes walk to the the Southern tip of the South Downs. So if you like the countryside, seaside or city life we have it all on the doorstep. The bus is 15 - 25 minutes to Brighton centre, depending on the time of day, or you can take a beautiful 45 minute cycle ride along the coastal path to the centre.

Brighton has fantastic restaurants, theatre, cinema, quirky independant shopping (the lanes) and lots to do for kids and adults alike. There`s also the pier, the beach and the iconic Brighton pavillion. To the east of us, just one bus ride away is the beautiful seven sisters country park, Friston forest and the city of Eastbourne, with it`s brand new modern shopping centre.
