Corshellach, Kingussie

Corshellach is on the high street in the village of Kingussie which lies in the Cairngorm national park and is 10 miles south of Aviemore. It is just off the A9 and is a 5 min walk from the station which is a stop for the London sleeper. It is our much loved second home, spacious but cosy with oil fired central heating and WiFi. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large utility room with washing machine, drier and 5 mountain bikes.
It has a lovely garden with picnic table and fire pit.

About the location

The area is great for hillwalking, cycling and water sports at nearby Loch Insh and Loch Morlich. There is lots to do with children, Landmark ( forest adventure park), Highland wildlife park, Highland folk museum, Wildcat trail, Tree zone and Alvie zip wire centre are all nearby.
Inverness is 40 mins drive with Lochness and the beaches of the Moray coast also within easy reach as are the Speyside distilleries.
The village has a coop ( just along the street open 7am-10pm every day), pub, cafe and bistro with Aviemore having a wide selection of places to eat.
